Varoom: Interpretation
Inexplicably, I received in the mail a full 6-volume set of catalogues from the store Restoration Hardware. I haven’t bought anything from them in years, so I don’t know why it was sent to me. However, as I began reading the descriptions of some of their products, I found them laughably pretentious. Everything was artisanal, hand-woven, brushed with thistles, lovingly sniffed, licked by llamas, from small family-owned mills dating back to the 14th century.
So I collected them and decided interpret one for the “interpretation” issue of Varoom. My interpretation sets the text in neon sticker-type, in a snot-green starburst.
I think this one needs more work, actually, and I have plans for more.
